We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to help us expand our network of partnerships and drive mutual growth for our business and our partners.
Job Summary
The Strategic Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing high-value partnerships to support the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, capable of analyzing market opportunities and executing partnership strategies that align with our business goals. The Strategic Partnership Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and value generation from our partnerships.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work with a wide range of people, be well organized, responsive and have exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with organizations that align with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefit and exploring opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing to maximize partnership impact.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and scopes with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Track and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights on ROI, KPIs, and alignment with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and industry developments to refine and expand the partnership strategy.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to foster potential partnerships.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Marketing, or a related field; is a plus but not required.
- Annual salary 65-75k + commission, based on experience
