Lead Acquisition Representative

Job Summary
Our Lead Acquisition Representative will be training to advance to a Business Development Representative. This candidate will manage the lead acquisition outreach through outbound calls and other forms of communication. The representative is responsible for high outbound call volume, efficient follow-up, successful conversion of leads, and developing relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage, track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Analyze incoming submissions & documents required as to gather useful information from the lead upfront
- Establish and maintain rapport with lead up until the handoff to their sales representative
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with sales team to advocate for leads and develop beneficial potential offers
- Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
- Provide support to the internal team to complete necessary tasks or requests
- Provide high quality customer service to internal and external clients
- Communicate effectively on the phone with prospects, current clients or partners
- Be able to manage a high call volume of 100-200 calls/day
- Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management

- Confident with cold calling and outreach via telephone and other platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow in order to meet team goals
- Ability to achieve high levels of success in a fast-paced, results driven and dynamic work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful – willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- 1 year of previous sales experience
- CRM experience preferred (i.e. Salesforce)
Compensation
- Hourly position: $18/hour, based on experience
