Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners through phone and email contact daily.
Establish relationships with new partners to increase sales volume
Manage and oversee a personal portfolio of daily leads
Create and achieve monthly sales goals
Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
Represent the Fundworks in the most professional manner to achieve success and increase brand recognition

Skills and Competencies

Detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Resourceful, able to prioritize, and problem solve
Energetic, self motivated and creative individual
Ability to achieve high levels of success in a results driven environment
Integrity based individual
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

1 - 2 years of experience required in the industry

Compensation

Base Salary of 63k-73k/year plus Commission
