Business Development Representative

Opportunity: The Fundworks is a family based merchant cash advance funding company based in Los Angeles. We are actively seeking a Business Development professional to work directly with brokers and ISOs to generate business and expand our west coast division. This position will be based in Sherman Oaks, California. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners and ISOs through phone and email contact daily.
  • Establish relationships with new partners to increase sales volume 
  • Manage and oversee a personal portfolio of daily leads
  • Create and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Represent the Fundworks in the most professional manner to achieve success and increase brand recognition 
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • One to two years experience in sales or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Energetic, self motivated and creative individual
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  • Persuasive and professional telephone skills
  • Ability to achieve high levels of success in a results driven environment
  • Integrity based individual

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary plus commission based job
