Administrative Assistant

The Fundworks is a merchant cash advance funding company based in Los Angeles. We are actively seeking to add one or more Administrative Assistants to our growing team.The merchant cash advance industry is expanding rapidly to fill the void left by traditional institutions in financing small and medium-sized businesses. We are passionate about providing entrepreneurs with the capital to achieve their goals.

The core function of this position is to assist the credit analysts and underwriters as they evaluate, document and fund merchant cash advances.

Qualifications:

  •    2-5 years of work experience in an administrative role preferred;
  •    Disciplined and detail-oriented;
  •    Able to multi-task and manage a healthy workload;
  •    Comfortable navigating critical processes efficiently, consistently and with the highest degree of accuracy;
  •    Excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  •    Goes above-and-beyond.
